Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, or Cash.. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES.

We deliver the finest care at reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (705) 734-9292. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Also please be advised that OHIP covers only major oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures done in the hospital and does not cover in-office procedures.

If you have Dental Insurance, we will assist you in obtaining the full extent of reimbursement you are entitled to. Please bring your insurance information with you at the time of your initial appointment in order to expedite reimbursement. We will provide you with a Predetermination of the planned procedure that will allow your insurance company to inform you of the amount of reimbursement you will be receiving. The majority of insurance companies now accept electronic submissions from our office one your behalf, which normally allows patients to receive reimbursement within a matter of a few days. We do not accept assignment of insurance benefits. It is the patients responsibility to collect from their insurance company. For extensive treatment plans or in exceptional circumstances, we are able to offer a payment plan, however this must be discussed prior and agreed to prior to the surgical appointment.
