Initially, this may lead you to eat a liquid diet, but in order to get all of the nutrients that you need, you should consider eating soft foods that won't increase your pain level. Here are some great options to add to your diet when recovering from wisdom teeth surgery.

Protein Shakes
A protein shake might not be a food, but it contains all the basic nutrients that your body will need to heal. Protein shakes shouldn't be considered meal replacements, but they can supplement your diet until you're able to get back to eating your normal foods.

Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes don't have to be just a side dish.
